Our service

We are a UK flight and holiday specialist. We act as a travel agent and retailer: we arrange flights and flight-inclusive packages through third-party airlines and supplier partners. This website lets you request a quote. It does not take payment or confirm a booking.

We do not hold ATOL or IATA accreditation ourselves. Where financial protection applies to your booking, it is provided through our ATOL and IATA bonded supplier partners, not by us directly.

For a package holiday, the written quote and pre-contract information will name the package organiser. That organiser's terms, package characteristics, total price, cancellation conditions and protection details apply to the booking.

Quotes and prices

Any prices or indicative fares shown on this website are for guidance only. They are subject to availability, your exact travel dates, passenger numbers and change, and they are not an offer or a confirmed price.

The price that applies to you is the one a specialist confirms at the time of booking, based on live availability and your specific requirements.

Bookings and payment

Bookings are completed with one of our specialists over the phone or by email, not through this website. Payment is taken by the relevant airline, supplier, or a regulated payment or finance provider, never through this site. We do not collect or store card details on this website at any point.

Where pay-later or instalment options are mentioned, they are provided by third-party finance providers and are subject to that provider's own eligibility checks, terms and interest or charges.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us accurate information about your trip and your passengers, and for holding valid travel documents, passports and any visas your journey requires. We do not provide visa or entry-requirement advice. Always check current entry requirements for your destination with official government sources before you book.

Financial protection

Flights and flight-inclusive arrangements booked through us are financially protected through our ATOL and IATA bonded supplier partners. Where an ATOL certificate applies to your booking, the relevant supplier partner will issue it to you as part of your booking confirmation.

We are not ourselves an ATOL holder or IATA accredited agent. We act on behalf of, and sell through, principals who hold that accreditation directly.

Our liability

We act as an intermediary and arrange your booking with reasonable care and skill. The travel services themselves, flights, transfers, accommodation and any other elements, are provided by the airlines and suppliers, subject to their own terms and conditions and their own liability regimes (including, for flights, the Montreal Convention). To the extent permitted by law, our liability as agent is limited accordingly. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. Airline and partner logos shown on the site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the airlines and routes we can book.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
