Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

This policy explains how Flight Airfares UK collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website and request a flight or holiday quote. We are the data controller for the information you provide here, and we handle it under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We only ever ask for the details we need to prepare your quote and get back to you. We never collect or store payment card details on this website: all payment happens later, directly with a specialist or the relevant airline or supplier.

Who we are and how to contact us

Flight Airfares UK operates this website. Our registered office is Unit 26 Victoria Mill, Copster Hill Road, Oldham, OL8 1QD and our company registration number is 11697423.

If you have any question about your data or this policy, contact us by phone on +44 161 669 6266 or by email at [TODO: confirm contact email].

The information we collect

When you submit a quote form, we collect the details you enter. For flights this includes routes, dates and passenger numbers. For holidays it can also include destination ideas, airport flexibility, length of stay, rooms, board basis, budget band and accessibility or special requirements.

We also collect a small amount of technical information automatically, to help us respond to you and to keep the form free of spam: how you arrived at the site (referrer and any campaign parameters), your browser type, the time of your enquiry, and your IP address as recorded by our server.

We do not collect or store payment card details, bank account details or passport numbers on this website, at any point in the quote process.

How we use your information and our lawful basis

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing you have not agreed to.

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a tailored flight or holiday quote, and to take steps you ask for before any booking is made (contract and pre-contract steps).
  • To contact you by your preferred method, phone, WhatsApp or email, about your enquiry.
  • To keep the form free of spam and protect the website, on the basis of our legitimate interests.
  • To measure how people use the website through Google Analytics 4, but only where you have consented to analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

To arrange your travel, we may share the relevant booking details with airlines and with the third-party ATOL and IATA bonded supplier partners who fulfil bookings on our behalf. We use Resend for enquiry notifications and Google Sheets as a protected operational record. If you accept analytics, Google processes website usage data through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. See our Cookie Policy for details.

These providers only process your data on our instructions and are required by contract to keep it secure. Where any provider is based outside the UK, we only use providers that offer an equivalent standard of protection.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months so we can handle follow-up and understand the service provided. If an enquiry becomes a booking, records needed for legal, accounting or dispute purposes may be kept for up to six years. Analytics retention is configured separately in Google Analytics and should not exceed 14 months. We then delete or anonymise the data unless the law requires longer storage.

Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us on +44 161 669 6266 or [TODO: confirm contact email]. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data. Our ICO registration number is [TODO: confirm ICO registration number].

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete your data, or to restrict or object to how we use it.
  • Ask us to transfer your data to another provider, where this applies.
  • Withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.

Cookies

This website uses a small number of cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details of what we use and how to control them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you give us, including limiting who can access enquiry data and using reputable, contracted third-party providers. As above, we never take card details on this website, so there is no card data held here to protect.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The version shown here was last updated on 16 July 2026.
