Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This policy explains how refunds, changes and cancellations work for travel arranged through us. We act as your booking agent: because we book through airlines and ATOL and IATA bonded supplier partners, the fare rules attached to your specific ticket always apply.
Airline and supplier fare rules apply
Refunds, date changes and cancellations are governed primarily by the fare rules of the airline or supplier for your specific booking, not by us. Many flight fares are non-refundable, or carry change and cancellation charges set by the airline. Your specialist will always explain the relevant fare rules to you clearly before you book, so there are no surprises.
How to request a change or refund
If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible on +44 161 669 6266 or [TODO: confirm contact email]. We will check what is possible under your fare conditions and liaise with the airline or supplier on your behalf. Timescales for a refund to reach you depend on the airline or supplier and can take several weeks.
Our service fees
Where we charge an agency service fee, it is separate from the airline fare, covers the work of sourcing and managing your booking, and may be non-refundable even where the airline fare itself is refunded. [TODO: confirm the exact service-fee and amendment-fee policy here before launch.]
Cancellations or schedule changes by the airline
If an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change, you may be entitled to a refund, a fee-free date change or rebooking under the airline's own policy and applicable law (including UK air passenger rights rules where they apply). We will help you arrange this with the airline or supplier and explain your options.
Financial protection
Bookings made through us are financially protected through our ATOL and IATA bonded supplier partners, not held by us directly. Where protection applies to your specific booking, we will confirm the details, including any ATOL certificate, at the time you book.
