Flight Airfares UK Refund policy is inline with standard of airline industry and travel agency rules. You can always reconfirm refund policy against your booking as it may vary between airline. We as travel agency can only advise and felicitate our customer to book flight, holidays & car hire.
When customer decide to cancel his booking where booking has not yet been confirmed, and customer has only paid a deposit towards a booking. Then upon cancellation customer will be changed our admin fee between £ 25 per person to £ 100 per person
When customer decide to cancel his confirmed booking, then we can apply refund as airline rules for booking. You can always request changes and cancellation policy for you ticket with you agents. If booking is non-refundable as per airline then no refund will be process.
In a situation where airline cancel their previously schedule flight due to any reason. We will process refund with the airline on passenger behalf refund will only be processed once we received from the airline. Flight Airfares UK will not liable if any airline decline refund request. But will assist our customer in changes & cancellation as per airline rule.
When our customer gets their booking issued on credit with our credit issuance service and with the understanding of paying the balances by balance due date. Failure to pay the balance by due date or by cancellation of Credit issuance booking before balance due date. Deposit & ticket will be non-refundable.
If customer is unable to catch flight on time, then airline will consider passenger as No show. After no show mostly booking is non- refundable. With some airline and fare airline due allows changes and refund after No show changes. If customer is denied booking at the time of check in due to any given reason and changes and refundable will be facilitate after airline approval.
