Please take your time to read our terms and conditions of reservation or confirmed reservation below. At the time of making a reservation and deciding to purchase flight(s)/Accommodation/car hire, you pledge that you are authorized to accept and do accept, on behalf of all passengers, the terms and conditions of making a reservation with us and agree to the booking conditions of any airline/contract principal whereby Flight Airfares UK is acting as an agent. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you take time to thoroughly go through the terms and conditions applicable to all reservations made with and payments made to Flight Airfares UK, as stated below.

The following terms and conditions are applicable on all bookings whether for a holiday package, flights only, car hire or just an accommodation – please read thoroughly OR contact our personnel to discuss/answer your questions about any ambiguity.

Reservation

Reservation can be made over telephone, Online Booking, Whatsup or by email without any obligation. Anyone or everyone can book on anybody behalf. In case of any mistake from a person booking the flights/hotel/ Car Hire, Visa from Flight Airfares UK, we would not be responsible or liability for any loss suffer to anyone.

Modes of Payment

We offer easy, convenient and quick modes of payment for efficient timely reservation and ticketing. All mode of payment is to facilitate our customer safe and trustworthy online payment and confirmation system.

Debit or Credit card Payment

Card payment are most commonly use mode of payment in online and telephonic reservations. There is no surcharge on any cards when customers are using a card issued by a bank located in EEA regardless of the type of card used. The only exceptions to this rule are customers using cards issued outside EEA and those using corporate cards – in this case we can recharge our costs.

Cash or Bank Transfer

We accept cash payment in Bank as well for ticket issuance. but you need to know that Bank will charge 0.85% for the total amount as service fee. Bank transfer are most safe quickest and easiest way to pay for your tickets. No series fee will be charged. *Third party documentation policy applies where the card holder name is different than the traveller.

Reservation Changes and Cancellation Policy

All the booking which are not ticketed or Issued will be considered as Reservation. Passenger can perform changes to reservation with us over telephone, what sup or email with nominal service fee of £ 5. Upon cancellation of reservation passenger will be charged Cancellation fee between £ 25 to £ 100 per person depend on airline and fares rules for reservation.

Deposit and balance Payments

Deposit Reservation where passenger had only paid part of a full payment and agree to pay balance at certain date or time. Upon any cancellation or fare difference to the Deposit Reservation before balance is paid will be charge to the client, we any case are not responsible. We can advise and do best to rebook your flight.

Changes and Cancellation to Confirmed Reservation

Confirmed Reservation or Issued booking when cancellation is processed on client request then airline cancellation rules will apply according to a fare and class of service issued. Flight airfares UK will only charge £ 25 per person admin fee. If case airline cancels their schedule then we will only facilitate passenger to get refund from the airline not liable to pay if airline not refund the payment. It is only likely when airline files bankruptcy.

Price

Price are not guaranteed till the time booking is confirmed and issued to customer.

Re-routing or Schedule Changes from airline

In case of any rerouting or schedule changes from airline we will do our best to inform you prior but, in some cases, where we unable to inform you about changes, we in any way are not responsible as passenger should reconfirm flight schedule himself before leaving for airport.

Passport, Visas, Health and Traveller Liability

Passenger must be in possession of Passport and visa if required at the time of check in and Passport should be valid for 6 month at least from the day of travel. In case denied boarding to passenger from airline with valid ticket we will not liable for any loss. We advise you should speak to airline or embassy for any other requirement for boarding.

How we can Complaint

In case of any complaint regards of our service you can always contact us through Telephone, Email or website, we believe in solving problem and provide information which best secure the interest of a traveller. The external services, such as standard of operations of any party or inconvenience caused by them are to be directly claimed from the party however, we guarantee our support, assistance and guideline in such matters where required.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise all passenger to purchase comprehensive insurance when making getting the booking confirmed. Which is always beneficial upon Cancellation charges, Date change etc all can be covered through insurance. We offer a comprehensive policy; please note we will not accept responsibility for any person who fails to be properly insured for their journey.
